Lux Global Investment Corporation is a limited liability company acting under the Corporate Laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourgh. Our company develops structured notes (bonds), undertakes securitization (collateralization) of bankable assets and issues bonds to raise capital for third parties as well as to our own benefits. As a securitization vehicle the company acts in accordance with the rules and regulations the Securitization act 2004 of the Luxembourgh Securities and Exchange commission (CSSF)

Being based in Luxembourg, the second largest fund centre in the world, with the highest standards of governance and compliance, Lux Global Investment Corporation has access to a wide variety of investors, including pension funds, family offices, mutual funds and high net worth individuals.

Lux Global Investments supports and enacts, within its sphere of influence, the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labor Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development and the United Nations Convention Against Corruption. Lux Capital provides full transparency to the public on its undertakings and reports annually to the United Nations about its progress and achievements. We maintain also close relationship with the various UN organizations to get support for our initiatives, to showcase our projects and obtain the required support to implement the ground breaking green innovations on a global scale.

Shareholders

Lux Global Investment Corporation strives for a modern corporate governance strategy that takes into account both the interests and rights of the bondholders as well as those of the individual shareholders. The shareholders are actively involved in matters that are critical to the company’s continuity and success. None of the shareholders individually controls the majority of the votes and the sale and transfer of shares is restricted to ensure stability, consistency and continuity of the undertaking and includes amongst other drag along-tag along articles.

Board of Directors

The Board is elected by the shareholders. The Board’s primary responsibility is to safeguard the bondholder’s rights, safeguarding the growth and protection of the asset value, as well as the growth of the profitability and shareholder value, all within the regulatory framework. The Board monitors business performance, conducts oversight on regulatory, legal and fiscal compliance, statutory reporting and implementation of social responsibility policies. The Board consists of a minimum of 3 directors. None of them holds personal interests in the company that reasonably could influence their objectivity. The Board has drawn up a Charter which includes its duties, powers and working methods and information on its relationships with the stakeholders of the company. All members have underwritten the company’s Directors Code of Conduct. All employees have underwritten the company’s Employee Code of Conduct.

In order to remain up-to-date we continuously liaise with specific experts, i.e. rating agencies, tax advisors specialized in tax treaties, legal advisors specialized in statutory and regulatory issues as well as with the regulators themselves. Administration and management is undertaken according the highest international standards. Lux Global Investment Corporation processes transactions via sophisticated systems like Clearstream, the clearing and settlement division of the Deutsche Borse, and administrates at lowest possible cost, within shortest lead time and error-free. Due to our long term working relationship with our partner service providers, we have streamlined and coordinated workflows and established optimal communication with these parties. Our customers can therefore be assured of instant response to inquiries.

Network

Lux Global Investment Corporation doesn't have to deal with many small investors that continuously enter and exit the fund with small amounts, with on-line brokerage firms or financial advisors. We have have the advantage of dealing with a relatively small group of family offices, high net worth individuals and institutional investors as well as exempt market dealers with whom we maintain a longstanding relationship. Investments require trust and confidence building, indepth understanding and careful consideration of all risks involved. Instead of commisioning market makers, distributors and dealers to market and sell the bonds, we prefer that our own board members and management engage with prospective investors, build strong relationships and remain at their disposal throughout the whole investment period.
